Order Cancellation Policy

At Trevane, we understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. This Order Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order may be canceled.

Order Cancellation Timeframe

Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order by contacting us immediately via email.

Cancellation requests must be sent to: Support@trevane.shop

Cancellation requests received after this time frame may not be guaranteed, as orders may enter processing or scheduling shortly after confirmation.

Order Processing & Cancellation Limitations

Once an order has entered processing, preparation, or delivery scheduling, it cannot be canceled.

Granite products often require advanced handling, loading coordination, or freight scheduling. For this reason, cancellation eligibility depends on the order status at the time of the request.

Shipped Orders

Once an order has been dispatched, scheduled for delivery, or picked up by a carrier, it cannot be canceled.

In such cases, eligible products may be returned only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Refund Processing for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed after internal verification
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be completed
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase

Shipping, handling, or administrative costs may not be refundable once processing has begun.

Orders Not Yet Received

If you have not yet received your order and wish to cancel:

  • Orders that have not entered processing may be eligible for cancellation
  • Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure if eligible

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping or delivery address:

  • Address changes are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the address without canceling the order
  • If the order has already shipped or been scheduled, address changes may not be possible
